Please Don't Use National Emergency Call Out Companies

National Emergency Call Out Companies Just Cost You More!

National emergency call out companies are usually just a call center that don't have their own tradespeople to deploy instead they rely on ringing round to find you a plumber or electrician etc to conduct work on their behalf. they charge the rate the tradesperson states and then place a large percentage on top of the bill that makes you pay more than you should.

It damages the reputation of local tradespeople by over inflating prices and also puts you out of pocket on which will probably already be quite expansive job.  you cant even rely on the structure of the phone number as you can now buy numbers in the locations you want to serve so it looks like you are calling a local firm.

Ask questions like do they know the local area, look for recommendations online on facebook - Google - Google Maps - Yell! to see if they are indeed local.

USE LOCAL TRADESPEOPLE WHEN POSSIBLE THEY WILL PROVIDE A BETTER AND CHEAPER SERVICE THAN A NATIONAL CALL OUT SERVICE

When The Day Goes Bad For Hereford Plumbing

Blowout!

Always a possibility that you will have a problem outside your control.

My poor little Hereford plumbing  van the workhorse of my business has suffered a side-splitting blowout whilst on a country lane, so now there is the matter of being off the road and the expense of repair.

Oh well it is what it is and small businesses like Hereford plumbing suffer little setbacks every day and I could have been worse as I was at low speed and no other traffic around.

Back at it as soon as I’m fixed. #lovemyvan #hereford-plumbing.

There are loads of plumbers in Hereford who provide similar things and services but most don't want small jobs, I do I love them solving problems is awesome.

A Plumbing Issue Years in The Making

Poor installation of a push fit stop end

This job could have been averted if the person who removed a radiator down stairs had done the job properly in the first place.

when installing the stop end the cut had been made too close to the bend where the pipe is not fully round and as such the joint had never formed a good seal.
